Getting me suit measured.
I'll be out all day Sunday, at Wembley then either celebrating or drowning my sorrows until late into Monday morning.
Went in 2008. Scenes at the final whistle. Can still remember Zokora's dinking run towards goal before he sent the ball into orbit. Moody Berbatov and his penalty. Woodgates header. Glory day. The United pen shout out wasn't a great day. We looked the better team then lost out thanks to some standard Spurs spot-kicks, summed up by the incomparable David Bentley. What stuck with me that day was leaving the stadium seconds after that final missed penalty and getting to Wembley Park station where standing next to me was a London Utd fan singing to himself. The bloke couldn't even be bothered to see his team lift the sodding cup.
As for Sunday. Won't be a repeat of the 5-3. Need Hugo between the sticks. I'm sure the likes of Nabil, Ryan and Harry will be up for it. Just need to have everyone on key. Truly a one off required, considering our lacklustre form of late.
