What are we asking for with Zokora? We signed him for £8M although that might have been £6M with add-ons. We can't expect to make a profit on him. How much are Sevilla meant to be bidding? I like Zoko, but only when he covers the RB position. He's superb there because he doesn't need to think much.

To be honest I like Zokora, he is a good squad player. My best memory of him was in the CC final against Chavski, when he couldn't watch the penalty being taken and then SCREAMS when he hears the crowd go mental!!!! Just a shame he didn't score himself that day and he bloodywell should have!

Blimey if all Man U could get was Owen then I don't hold out much hope of us signing anyone decent. We may need to hang onto the players we have - who could we sign that is demonstably better than Bent? He is limited but he is quick and can score. If Palacious is injured or more likely suspended then we might need Zokora as cover - he is a hard worker after all - if only he had a football brain.

Hoxton boy does have a point in that there is no point in getting rid of too many potentially useful players unless we have replacements lined up - bit of a balancing act because we cant sign anyone unless we know we have buyers for some players. Its a major strategic challenge for grandmaster levy.
